Will the person I meet at the set up be the person taking care of my pets?

In most cases it won't be. Your information is given to the sitter that covers your area or the special needs you may have.

Is it ok if I have a house guest while I'm away?

For the sake of safety, we ask that there be no one in the house while we provide care for your pets. There are some exceptions of course.

Is it ok if someone else comes to visit my pets while I'm away?

You can have others come to visit your pets yes, but if there is anyone at any time entering the area the pets are while we are providing service (ie. house keepers,friends, family, contractors, etc.), it will void our insurance and we will not be responsible for the conditions you return home to. Simply said, we are professionals trained to watch for behavioral changes, escape artiest, and stress. We can not be sure of what is happening while we are not there (ie. too many treats, double medication, heat exposure, pets let out, etc.)

How do I pay for your service?

Thank you for asking..We prefer you leave a check before you leave on the counter for you sitter to pick up. You can also go to our web-site, click on "contact us" to pay on line or see our mailing address.

How do I reach you while I'm away?

We are always watching for your calls and e-mails even while we are out caring for pets. If you have an emergency, change in schedule, or just wondering how things are going, you can leave a voice-mail. The best way is to e-mail if you can. We can answer and e-mail at odd times better then make a phone call.
